福岛县第一核电站1号机在日本时间下午3：30左右，突然发出“嘭”的爆发音，1号机所在房屋天顶震塌，10分钟后出现白烟，4名工作人员受伤，被紧急送往医院中。同时，1号机所在附近，空气中所含放射性能量值升高。福岛第一核电站核辐射量已超过限制值，根据核能灾害对策特别措置法第15条第1项规定，确定发生了由放射能量异常上升导致的“特定事象”。-12 March 2011
