First, open paint program. Better use 89 x 37 (i use this size. Depend on you)

Then type the second word, and third word

Then open the Microsoft GIF animator
Open the last file.
, then click the add the , add again , last add this .

Then go Animation button. Click the Looping and repeat forever. .

Then go Image, edit the duration. . all the image at there need Keep doing this action till all the image duration are same. Then just click Play icon. Then up to use you want how to edit.
